- Managing emails and social media of the organization by contacting vendors, sponsors, or external parties
- Initiate and negotiate partnerships with other organizations
- Create and analyze contractual obligations to ensure optimal outcomes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, vendors, external guests, and partner organizations
- Provide regular updates and reports on sponsorship and partnership activities
